Be Open

When we begin at anything, we are blank slates. As experiences and education fill us, we become surer of ourselves and we build confidence. This confidence is both necessary and deadly. It’s necessary to move forward, but deadly if it closes you off from further learning and collaboration. You’ve seen the boss who no longer listens?
