Don’t Implement Another Rule: Do This Instead

Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.” -Henry Ford

Did you ever visit another area in your own company (or another company)…and it was incredible?

You attended a meeting where every single person was prepared. Or every single worker was wearing PPE. Or the supervisor knew exactly whom to contact in an emergency and when/where to evacuate in an emergency?

These qualities (being prepared, wearing PPE, etc.) didn’t happen because of a rule. They are the result of expectations.

When more is expected of us, we tend to expect more of ourselves.

When you give others a great reputation to live up to, they perform in a powerful way.

What do you expect of yourself? What expectations do you have of others?

Positive or negative, they (and you) will live up to it.
