The water bottle that you carry (or your coffee cup) weighs little.
At less than one pound, its weight really isn’t felt. But it’s how you carry it.
Take that same water bottle, extend your arm, and hold it out in front of you….and wait 5 minutes. In the first minute or two you’ll feel its heft. After three minutes, your arm may begin to shake. After another minute, that burn you feel will begin to hurt. And if you’re still holding your arm extended after five minutes, you’re well above average.
Work, family, relationships, school, business (life).
It’s not the weight, but how you hold it. If you’re feeling the weight, it’s not a sign to drop it and run.
It’s time to hold it differently.
