One Other Choice

The training was, in a word, terrible.

Designed as an overview of safety and health responsibilities for first-line supervisors, the slides and outdated videos put most people to sleep before the first scheduled break.

The supervisor training was created and distributed by the safety team at headquarters. What were they thinking? Did they have any sense of just how boring it was? Had they forgotten what the field was like? Had they banged their collective heads on the ceiling in their ivory tower?

So I called them to give them feedback. And of course they didn’t answer the phone. Typical!

Then I found the solution.

I clicked “Edit this presentation” and found out who could solve the problem.
