Safety is a priority…until it’s not.

Safety first…until the plane really needs to take off.
Safety is a value…when profits are high and times are good.
Don’t believe it. Not for a second. Because if you believe it…they will too.
Safety isn’t supplemental. Safety isn’t an add-on. Safety isn’t a should-do.
You aren’t supplemental to the conversation…you are integral.
You aren’t an add-on…you are foundational.
Your inputs aren’t should-dos…they are must-dos when lives matter.
Be courageous. Be part of the solution. Not an add-on. Not a hidden slide. Not “if we have time”.
It’s not just a good idea…it’s our responsibility. To our team members. To their families. To our world.
It’s not supplemental.
