At Iffley Road Track on 6 May in 1954, someone believed. And ran the first recorded 4-minute mile.

In the next 50 years that record time would be reduced by 17 seconds and the 4-minute mile became a standard for runners.
Why? Because once it’s been done, belief compounds. People know it can be done.
When it can be done by people, it can be done by people like you.
When it can be done by people like you, it can be done by you.
When you believe it can be done by you, it will be done.
When you believe.
So if no one’s told you…allow me.
I believe in you.
